MicroSynch™

Twin Engine Synchronizer and Engine-Out Failsafe Protection

MicroSynch synchronizes or matches the RPM of internal combustion engines on twin engine model aircraft. Maintaining matched RPM allows the aircraft to avoid adverse yaw induced by unequal thrust. MicroSynch not only monitors and continuously adjusts the engines for synchronization, but if one engine unexpectedly stops or significantly reduces RPM, it reduces the throttle of the functional engine automatically to avoid a hazardous and generally aircraft-fatal snap spin. The pilot can regain throttle control of the remaining functional engine by lowering the throttle stick below a programmable “Failsafe Threshold”. The pilot will then regain full control of both engine throttles. MicroSynch takes the fear out of flying those beautiful twin engined models and gives you the confidence to step up to the twin engine challenge.
